Procedures

1. The customer requesting service fills out a form (unready products) requesting the service at the public service office accompanied with the required documents and submits it to the public service employee who hands it over to the Diwan.

2.The Diwan employee places a number on the form and transfers it to the Director General for approval.

3. After getting the approval, the customer will contact Planning Department to specify the work area and the required fees.

4. The service customer contacts the Financial Section to pay the fees.

5. The document is transferred to the Technical Services Department/Documents and Archive Section to prepare the required images films.

6. The document is transferred to the Production Department /Photogrammetry Section to complete the scanning operation.

7. The customer receives the products upon an invoice from the Documents and Archive Section in coordination with the Planning Department.
